Your Guide in Transformation

About Me
A calm, grounded space for meaningful change
Some journeys we choose; others emerge quietly, guiding us before we even name them. For as long as I can remember, I’ve sensed life’s deeper currents an intelligent flow of energy and love that gently draws us back to our true selves.
People have sought me out when words fall short. They’re not just after advice; they want to be truly seen, understood, and supported beyond fear, expectation, and pressure. That sensitivity has shaped my work for more than 25 years as I’ve supported friends, colleagues, and clients through seasons of change and the moments when life no longer fits.
Often, within a few months, something begins to shift how people think, choose, relate, and lead their lives.
A simple walk through Holland Park crystallised this calling. Amid the trees and the stillness, I knew it was time to embrace it fully: deepen my skills and dedicate myself to this work. Today, I support people from all walks of life including many professionals, leaders, and business owners who find themselves standing at a pivotal moment, ready for a new chapter.
A Life of Purposeful Design
I’ve spent years exploring what makes life feel steady and meaningful from the inside out beyond surface success. I’m fascinated by how self-worth, inner peace, and purpose shape our experience, and how our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions become patterns, habits, and ultimately, our everyday reality.
My insights come from both formal study and lived experience: reinvention and risk, grief and loss, seasons of burnout and ‘holding it all together,’ and the quiet liberation that comes from living more honestly.
I don’t aim to fix you or mould you into someone new. I support you to reconnect with your essence and to build a life that honours it.
My background
I bring a blend of corporate experience and years of coaching individuals through meaningful life transitions.
I’m Master-level NLP qualified, with additional training across psychology-informed coaching methods and complementary practices that support emotional change and personal growth.
But more than titles, what matters is this: I create a space where you can exhale, speak honestly, and be met without judgement, without performance, and without pressure to be anyone other than who you are.

I always think of this powerful quote by Marianne Williamson:
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves,
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
as children do.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

— Marianne Williamson
This quote touches my heart every time. It reminds me why I do this work — to gently walk beside you as you embrace your beautiful light, step into your incredible power, and create the joyful, authentic life your soul is calling you toward.
